The June 2024 Hong Kong IYSC post celebrates a new competition experience and the chance to learn from other swimmers and coaches. The club reported medal finishes across several members of the team.
Beyond the medals, the coach’s reflection focuses on exposure to a different swimming environment. A competition trip can also be an opportunity to observe, learn and return to training with fresh goals.
